Master Wu's Praying Mantis seminar

Seminars are a great way of learning material that's not usually taught in a class or if it is, to consolidate understanding as taught by much experienced teachers. It is only by learning from these highly accomplished teachers that we can reflect on our own levels of training and understanding.

NEW: Master Wuís Seminars

Master Wu Song Fa taught seminars in the UK throughout September and October 2013. He taught authentic Chen style Tai Chi, Hsing I, Mi Chong and Preying Mantis Kung Fu.
